Cut the curled strips into thin pieces. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Clean and wash spring onions and peppers. Leek onions in thin rings, paprika in small cubes cut. Halve salami slices. Cut olives into slices.
Beat the eggs in portions in hot fat. Sprinkle 2 eggs each with curled cabbage and chives, another 2 eggs with vegetables and the remaining eggs with olives and salami. Season with salt, coarse pepper and chilli powder. Fry for about 2 minutes. Serve on farmhouse bread, garnished with salad
