Preheat oven (electric cooker: 250 °C/circulating air: 225 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Place 2 bases on a baking tray, spread with half of the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into rings. Wash parsley, chop finely. Mix with spring onions.
Spread half the spring onions, bacon and cheese on the tarte flambée. Beat 4 eggs one after the other and put 2 on each tarte flambée. Bake in a hot oven for 7-8 minutes. Mix 2 more tarte flambée with the rest
