Ingredients

  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • some stem(s) Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp or some chives
  • 2 (approx. 150 g) Carrots
  • 1 medium-sized apple
  • 1/2-1 Lettuce

Directions

    Mix lemon juice, 2 tablespoons water, honey, salt, pepper and oil. Wash the thyme and, except for a little bit, scrape the leaves off the stalks. Chop thyme (chop chives finely) and add

    Peel, wash and thinly slice the carrots. Apple wash, quarter, core and cut crosswise into thin slices. Add the apple and carrot slices immediately to the honey marinade and mix. Cover and let stand for a short time

    Clean, wash and drain lettuce and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Mix the salad with the remaining ingredients and serve. Garnish with remaining thyme
