Ingredients

  • 250 g Fork spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Herb Vinegar
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 1 can(s) (212 ml) Vegetable corn
  • 2 Gherkins (from the jar)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 125 g Salad cream
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 100 g sliced boiled ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few chunks of bell pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Add peas 3 minutes before the end of cooking time. Pour the pasta and peas onto a sieve and drain. Place in a bowl and mix with oil and vinegar.

    Cut the cheese into small sticks. Drain the corn. Halve cucumbers and cut into slices. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small pieces. Add cheese, corn, cucumber and paprika to the noodles.

    Mix salad cream and milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the salad cream with the noodles and vegetables and let it soak through. Cut ham into small cubes. Arrange fork spaghetti salad on plates.

    Sprinkle ham over it. Cut out figures (e.g. pepper and teddy bear) from the pepper pieces. Garnish plates with pepper figures and parsley.
