Sort the spinach, wash and drain. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Heat the oil in a large pan (with lid). Let spinach collapse in it. Add the tomatoes. Pour egg milk over it and let it simmer at low to medium heat covered for about 15 minutes. Crumble the cheese and let it crumble about 5 minutes before E
