Ingredients

  • 100 g Hard cheese (e.g. Comté)
  • 4 Stem(s) Basil
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 (approx. 500 g) Flatbread
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 (425 ml) Can
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pizza tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • baking paper

Directions

    Finely grate the cheese. Wash the basil and cut into fine strips, except for a few leaves. Wash and slice the tomatoes

    Cut flat bread in half horizontally. Drizzle the cut surfaces with oil. Spread the pizza tomatoes evenly on top. Cover with tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with basil strips and cheese

    Place the pizza breads on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake one after the other in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes. Garnish with remaining basil
