Mushroom pan with feta cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg small mushrooms
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g black olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, coarse pepper
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 150 g Feta cheese

    Wash the mushrooms well. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the mushrooms for 15-20 minutes, turning them

    Peel onions and garlic. Chop onions coarsely and garlic finely. Add the olives to the mushrooms after 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

    Wash parsley, shake dry and chop. Crumble cheese. Sprinkle both over the mushrooms. Serve with fresh bread

    Drink: red country wine
