Fixed roast pork panini with orange mustard

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 70 g Bacon
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Baguette
  • 3 Gherkins
  • 70 g Gruyère cheese (piece)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel from 1⁄2 organic orange
  • 125 g Roast pork slices
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • baking paper

Directions

    Cut bacon into strips. In a pan without fat crisply roast, take out. Cut bread into 3 pieces, cut pieces horizontally in half. Fry the cut surfaces in the bacon fat until golden brown.

    Cut the cucumber and cheese into slices. Mix mustard and orange peel, spread on bread. Cover halves with roast, cheese, cucumber and bacon. Place the top halves on top. Heat butter in a pan.

    Fry the breads for about 2 minutes on each side, covering them with baking paper and weighing them down with a pot.
