Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g Alfalfa sprouts
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 125 g light cream cheese (12 % fat absolute)
  • 2 TEASPOONS spicy horseradish (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 (approx. 75 g) Head Radicchio
  • 1 (approx. 225 g) Avocado
  • 4 granular bread roll sticks (each approx. 100 g)

Directions

    Cook the eggs in boiling water for about 9 minutes. Then drain, quench and remove the shell. Cut the eggs into slices with an egg slicer

    In the meantime, wash the sprouts and let them drain well in a sieve. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix cream cheese and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper. Clean and wash the salad and drain well in a sieve. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and peel the skin.

    Cut the flesh into pieces. Cut the grains lengthwise. Spread the top and bottom sides with cream cheese. Cover undersides with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, sprouts and slices of egg. Season with pepper. Put the lid on and serve immediately
