Fish ragout with shrimps

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 700 g Cod fillet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 cucumber, 1 onion
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Mustard seeds
  • 2 TABLESPOONS butter/margarine
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) Flour
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 200 g Rice
  • 50 g Shrimps (deep sea crab meat)
  • 1/2 bunch Dill

Directions

    Wash, dab and chop the fish. Sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice and leave to stand. Then salt

    Peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut into slices. Peel and chop onion. Roast the mustard seeds in a pot, remove

    Fry onion and cucumber in hot fat and season. Stir in tomato paste. Dust with flour and sweat it on. Stir in 3/8 l water and milk. Boil up everything

    Cook the rice in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Let the fish steep in the sauce for about 15 minutes

    Rinse shrimps briefly and heat in the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and the rest of the lemon juice. Wash and chop the dill. Sprinkle with mustard seeds over the ragout. Drain the rice. Arrange everything
