Fry the prawns and diced fish fillets in oil and remove from the pan. Put the vegetables together with tinned tomatoes and 1 tsp tarragon in the same pan, bring to the boil and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add Creme Fine, season with salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar. Add the fish and prawns again and warm up. Noodles or potatoes taste good with it.
