Salmon fillet under paprika-parmesan cap

Ingredients

  • 1 washer Toast
  • 3 TABLESPOONS grated parmesan
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 glass grilled peppers

Directions

    Finely chop the toast and mix with the Parmesan cheese. Wash the salmon fillets, dab dry and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

    Grease a flat casserole dish with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and place the fish fillets side by side. Drain grilled peppers on a sieve and chop finely. Then spread on the fish.

    Sprinkle bread and parmesan mixture over the fish fillets and drizzle the remaining olive oil over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 175° Celsius (fan oven 150°) for approx. 15 minutes. Serve with baguette.
