Fish pan with Chinese cabbage Hamminkeln

Ingredients

  • 600 g lean fish fillet
  • 250 g King prawns
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 200 g cream cheese 0,2%
  • 4 TABLESPOONS sweet mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 1 Bag of Weight Watchers gratin sauce Oven Fish

Directions

    Cut the fish fillets into pieces and fry in hot oil together with the prawns. Remove and sauté the Chinese cabbage in the same pan (add a little water), should still remain crisp.

    Add the fish and prawns to the Chinese cabbage, add the cream cheese and mustard and the Weight Watchers sauce (pour a little water on if necessary) and let it cook for another 5 minutes at low heat.

    In addition, potato wedges from the tray as a filling portion for 7 PPs or calculate with pinpoint accuracy GOOD APPETIT for 4 persons á 8 PPs.
