Fish fillet with apple & capers

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 1 (approx. 30 g) small onion
  • 1 (approx. 40 g) Gherkin
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) small apple
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 150 g Fish fillet
  • 150 g Chinese cabbage or
  • 1 Chicory
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Capers (glass)
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) sour cream 1/2 tsp medium hot mustard (10 % fat)

    Peel, wash and halve the potatoes. Cook in salted water for about 20 minutes

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Finely dice the cucumber. Wash apple, quarter, core and cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Wash the fish,

    Dab dry and cut into about 3 pieces. With 1 tbsp.

    Clean, wash and finely chop the cabbage. Fry briefly with half of the onion in 1 tsp. hot oil in the pan. Take out

    Heat 1 tsp. oil in the frying fat. Fry the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper, keep warm

    Fry the rest of the onion and apple in the cooking fat. Add 5 tablespoons of water, capers and cucumber, bring to the boil. Stir in sour cream (do not boil any more!). Season to taste with mustard, salt and pepper

    Drain the potatoes and collect the cooking water. Coarsely mash the potatoes and 4-5 tablespoons of cooking water. Fold in cabbage, season to taste. Arrange everything
