Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 250 g red and green peppers
  • 375 g baby potatoes
  • 250 g green apples
  • 25 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1/4 l dry white wine
  • 1 can(s) (314 ml) "White beans in spicy tomato sauce"
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Cut the chicken filet into strips. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel, wash, quarter and slice the potatoes. Wash and quarter apples and cut out the core. Cut apple quarters into slices. Heat the fat in a pot. Brown the meat in it thoroughly.

    Add bell peppers, potatoes and apples. Season with salt, curry, cayenne pepper and sugar. Add wine and 1/8 litre water. Bring everything to the boil and cook for 15 minutes. Add the beans and heat them up. Season again. Wash the chives, dab dry, cut into small rolls and sprinkle over the "Feuertanz
