Baked fish fillet

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Redfish fillet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 125 g Crab meat
  • 4 discs Butter cheese
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 1 pack of Flake purée
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 TEASPOON Horseradish (from the jar)

Directions

    Wash the fish, dab dry and sprinkle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and turn in flour. Heat the fat in a frying pan and fry the fish for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

    Add the shrimps and cover the fish with cheese. Cover and let the cheese melt at low heat. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Remove the fish from the pan. Sauté the tomato slices in the frying fat.

    Season with salt and pepper and add the fish again. Bring 1/2 litre water and 1 level teaspoon of salt to the boil. Add milk and stir in the puree flakes. Let it swell for 1 minute, then stir again.

    Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Refine the puree with chives and horseradish. Serve with the fish fillets.
