Whip the cream with the whisks of the hand mixer until stiff. Let vanilla sugar trickle in. Carefully stir in the liqueur. Pour milk into a tall mixing bowl and add cream powder.
Stir briefly with the whisk of the hand mixer on the lowest setting. Then whisk at highest setting for approx. 3 minutes until creamy. Fold in grated chocolate, except for 1 tablespoon for decoration. Fill chocolate cream and cream alternately into dessert glasses and serve sprinkled with chocolate shavings
