Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 untreated lime
  • 7-10 Tbsp or lemon
  • 1/2 (236 ml) Pineapple or 1 can of sliced pineapple
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 medium-sized apples
  • 2 medium-sized pears
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 2-3 stem(s) Mint
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the lime hot and rub dry. If necessary, cut off 4 thin slices for decoration. Squeeze lime

  2. 2

Peel and quarter the pineapple and cut out the stalk. Cut the pineapple into slices. Peel kiwis, cut into slices

  3. 3

Wash, quarter and core apples and pears. Cut both into small pieces and sprinkle with lime juice immediately. Mix with pineapple, kiwis and 1 tablespoon honey. Leave to stand for a short time

  4. 4

Wash the mint, shake dry and cut into fine strips, except for something for decoration. Mix yoghurt, 1 tablespoon honey and mint. Serve with the fruit. Decorate with mint and possibly slices of lime

  5. 5

-Only fully ripe pineapples taste juicy sweet and develop their delicious aroma. A small test: they yield slightly under pressure, the tips of the scales are brown and the leaves on the mop of hair can be easily removed
