Ingredients

Servings: 30
  • 200 g seedless grapes
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1/4 Pineapple
  • 2 Bananas
  • 300 g Dark chocolate
  • 300 g white chocolate
  • 2 TABLESPOONS chopped almonds
  • 2 TABLESPOONS ground pistachio kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp Toothpick or shashlik skewer
  • baking paper
  • 2 Freezer bag
  • 4-6 piece(s) Pineapple leaves

Directions

    Pluck the grapes from the stalks, wash and pat dry. Peel kiwis and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the pineapple and cut out the hard stalk. Cut the fruit flesh into pieces. Peel bananas and cut into pieces. Chop dark and white chocolate separately and melt each in a warm water bath.

    Lightly mix 1 tablespoon of each of the chocolates on a marble board or glass plate and spread smooth. Leave to set in the fridge. Roast chopped almonds without fat in a small pan and remove. Dab the fruits dry with kitchen paper and dip them partially or completely into the dark or white chocolate with a wooden skewer. Place on baking paper to drain. Fill the remaining white and dark chocolate into one freezer bag each and cut off a small corner each. Decorate the dipped fruits with the different coloured chocolate. Sprinkle some fruits with almonds, some with pistachios. Let them set in the fridge, take them out and put them in a cool place. Take the plate with the spread chocolate out of the fridge. Arrange the chocolate fruits on small plates or a large platter.

    Fill the remaining white and dark chocolate into one freezer bag each and cut off a small corner each. Decorate the dipped fruits with the different coloured chocolate. Sprinkle some fruits with almonds, some with pistachios. Let them set in the fridge, take them out and put them in a cool place. Take the plate with the spread chocolate out of the fridge. Arrange the chocolate fruits on small plates or a large platter. Use a spatula to slide the chocolate, which is no longer completely cold, from the plate to the "cigar". Decorate plate with "cigar" and pineapple leaves
