Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Fry the onion and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of cinnamon.
Chop the chillies very finely. Loosen up the sauerkraut. Mix with honey and 2⁄3 chili. Season to taste with salt.
Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3). Cut the dough sheets in half and brush with a little oil. Then fold them up to form squares.
Place approx. 1 tbsp. minced meat and 1 tbsp. sauerkraut in the middle. Raise the edges of the dough and twist well together over the filling. Bake in a hot oven for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
Mix crème fraîche, lemon juice and the remaining chilli. Season to taste with salt. Serve with the parcels.
