Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 1 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 1 Onion
  • 600 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 125 g Sheep's cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 jar (250 g) Salad Mayonnaise
  • 200 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Soak rolls in cold water. Peel onion. Put minced onion in a bowl. Grate onion over it. Wash parsley, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stalks. Squeeze out the bread roll, add to the minced meat with the egg and knead.

    Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Cut sheep's cheese into 30 small pieces. Form 30 small balls out of the minced mass and put a piece of sheep's cheese in the middle of each ball. Put 1 parsley leaf on each ball.

    Heat oil in a pan, fry meatballs all around at low heat for about 10 minutes. Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt and lemon juice, season with curry, pepper, salt and sugar. Arrange meatballs and curry dip on a plate.
