Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the cabanossi into slices. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add cabanossi and fry briefly while turning.
Remove from the pan and set aside. Add the zucchini to the frying fat. Fry for approx. 5 minutes while turning. Add garlic 2 minutes before the end of cooking time. Add cabanossi and heat up again. Season with salt, pepper and chilli powder.
Serve garnished with a dash of crème fraîche, oregano and roasted garlic. Bread tastes good with it.
