Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Garlic clove
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 100 ml strained tomatoes (package)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 400 g Noodles (e.g. large mussel noodles)
  • 2 can(s) (185 ml each) Tuna fish natural
  • 4 Stem(s) Basil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Capers (glass)

Directions

    Bring plenty of salted water to the boil in a large pot. Peel and chop onion and garlic. Wash the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pot. Brown the onion and garlic in it. Sweat the tomato paste briefly.

    Add the strained tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. Season everything with salt, cayenne pepper and a little sugar. Simmer open for about 15 minutes.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. Drain tuna well. Wash and chop the basil. Add both with capers to the sauce. Bring to the boil and season to taste. Drain pasta and mix immediately with the sauce.
