Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 500 g Pork sausage
  • 1 Head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 (250 ml) Bottle of "sweet and sour Asian sauce"
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain and let cool off

    Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes, remove seeds if necessary. Skin the sausage and cut into strips. Clean, wash and cut iceberg lettuce into fine strips

    Mix the Asian sauce and vinegar. Fold in the oil. Season to taste with salt, sugar, sambal oelek and soy sauce. Mix with the prepared salad ingredients, leave to stand briefly and season again. Wash the parsley, chop finely and sprinkle on top
