Fiery cutting beans with turkey

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp 800 g-1 kg string beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1/2-1 red chilli pepper or
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 2-3 (approx. 400 g) Turkey escalope
  • 2 tablespoons (approx. 30 g) Sesame
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Asian sauce (bottle)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and chili pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the beans diagonally into pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Then drain them

    Carve the chillies lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and chop finely. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into thin slices. Roast sesame seeds in a wok or large pan without fat, remove. Heat oil in a wok. Fry the meat in it in portions, turning for 2-3 minutes, season

    Add the beans, chilli, sesame and asia sauce to the meat and cook for about 2 minutes, turning the meat over. Garnish with mint and chilli if necessary. Rice tastes good with it
