Highest potential for favourite dishes! When pasta meets pumpkin, it can only be terrific. Uncomplicatedly cooked in a pot, the whole thing does not even do a lot of washing up!

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 Hokkaido pumpkin (about 700 g)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 750 ml Vegetable broth
  • 400 g Wholemeal spaghetti
  • 100 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper from the mill
  • 1 collar Basil

Directions

  1. 1

Clean and wash the pumpkin, remove seeds and cut the flesh into pieces about 1 cm in size. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat the oil in a large pot. Steam garlic colourlessly while stirring.

  2. 2

Add pumpkin and steam for 1-2 minutes. Heat broth and pour into the pumpkin. Halve the noodles and add to the pot. Cover and simmer for about 8 minutes.

  3. 3

Crumble the cheese, add it to the pot with cream and stir in carefully. Let simmer for another 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck off leaves and, except for something to garnish, chop roughly and add to the pasta.

  4. 4

Arrange one-pot spaghetti, garnish with basil.
