Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 600 g finished gyros meat (from butcher)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomato
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 200 g Schmand

Directions

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Heat the oil in a casserole, add the gyros, onion rings and paprika and fry well while turning. Season with salt, pepper and paprika

    Add tomatoes and 400 ml water to the gyros, bring to the boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Arrange the gyros pot with a blob of shame and sprinkle with chives. Bread tastes good with it
