Ingredients

  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 2 TEASPOONS Butter
  • 1 knife tip Cardamom
  • 400 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Baking cocoa

Directions

    Break chocolate into pieces. Melt with butter in a hot water bath. Stir in cardamom. Let cool for about 5 minutes.

    In the meantime whip the cream until stiff. Carefully and slowly fold the cooled but still liquid chocolate into the cream with a dough scraper. Distribute on glasses. Serve immediately or chill as desired.

    Dust with cocoa as desired.
