Peel apples, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Mix with lemon juice. Preheat the oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Grease the fat pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm; deep baking tray).
Mix 300 g butter and 375 g sugar with the whisk of the mixer until light creamy. Stir in first eggs one after the other and then flour briefly. Spread the dough on the tray. Spread raisins on top and add apples.
Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1⁄2 tsp. cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples. Bake in a hot oven for about 25 minutes.
Remove and let it cool down. Cut into about 42 pieces. Serve with whipped sour cream as desired.
