Whip the cream until stiff and allow the sugar to trickle in. Mix chestnut cream, milk and approx. 3 tbsp. chocolate sauce until creamy
Crumble the meringue and divide into 4 glasses. Pour chestnut cream on the meringue. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and squirt as tuffs onto the chestnut cream. Pour the rest of the chocolate sauce onto the cream and serve
