Mix quark, milk, oil, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Mix flour and baking powder, stir about half into the quark mixture and finally knead in the remaining flour. Form the dough into a roll on a floured work surface and cut into 7-8 pieces. Remove 1/4 - 1/3 of each piece and form two ears. Form round heads from the larger pieces.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the heads on it. Separate the egg. Brush one corner of the ears with egg white and put 2 ears with the brushed corners under a rabbit head. Press on lightly. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Mix egg yolk and cream, brush the rabbits with it after about 15 minutes and bake them ready. Let the bunnies cool down on a cake rack. Mix the remaining egg whites and icing sugar. Put about 1/3 of the white icing in a piping bag. Divide the rest of the icing in thirds and colour pink, light blue and yellow.
