Fry the farmer's breakfast in a coated pan at high heat for about 5 minutes. In the meantime clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into large pieces. Wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes. Cut gherkins into slices, Schillerlockle diagonally into slices.
Fry farmer's breakfast at medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning. Add curled cabbage, spring onions, pickled gherkins and tomato quarters about 5 minutes before the end of the frying time and fry. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish as desired with parsley and dill
