Cut the meat into slices. Clean, wash and chop the vegetables and spring onions. Peel and chop garlic and ginger. Mix soy sauce, mustard and honey.
Fry the meat in hot oil, season with salt and pepper, remove. Fry vegetables, spring onions, garlic and ginger in the frying fat for 3-4 minutes. Add meat and soy sauce mix, bring to the boil, season to taste.
Wash the coriander, remove the leaves and sprinkle over the top. Add rice.
