Emmental cheese spaetzle pans

  • 400 g fresh egg spaetzle (refrigerated shelf)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 100 g ready roasted onions
  • 200 g grated Emmental

Directions

    Fry the egg noodles in butter in a pan for about 3 minutes. Fry the fried onions briefly. Distribute in the pans. Sprinkle with Emmental cheese and bake for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
