  • 30 g Dijon mustard
  • 10 g liquid honey
  • 35 ml Elderflower syrup
  • 50 ml White wine vinegar
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Mix mustard, honey, elderflower syrup and vinegar in a bowl. Gradually add the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill into a prepared bottle and close it
