Ingredients

Servings: 500
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mustard ingredients for approx. 500 ml:
  • 200 g Mustard seeds
  • 100 ml White wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 1 TABLESPOON Turmeric
  • 350 ml Elderflower Syrup

Directions

    Mustard preparation: Grind the mustard seeds in 2 portions of 2-3 minutes each in the universal chopper. Pour into a bowl. Add vinegar, salt, honey, ##turmeric## and elderberry##flower##n-syrup.

    Mix well. Then fill into glasses and close them well.
