Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp (250 ml content):
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 knife tip Cinnamon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 175 ml White wine

Directions

    Cream sugar, egg yolk, cinnamon and lemon juice. Pour the mixture with white wine into a pot and warm it up at low heat while stirring. Pour into glasses and serve.
