Egg dreams (three different dishes with egg)

Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 1 red, yellow and green peppers (approx. 250 g each)
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 14-16 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g fresh North Sea crabmeat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Salad Mayonnaise
  • 100 g Fresh cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 8-12 discs Bacon
  • 4-6 discs Toast
  • 3 discs (30 g each) Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cress

Directions

    Cut the peppers into quarters, clean, wash and cut into cubes. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Wash and halve cherry tomatoes. Cook 4 eggs in boiling water for 6 minutes, rinse with cold water and peel. Meanwhile mix mayonnaise, crème fraîche and curry. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in prawns.

    Whisk 6 eggs and season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Brown the bell peppers and spring onions in it. Add the beaten eggs and let them set. Add cherry tomatoes and fry until done with the scrambled eggs. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Wipe out the pan. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Wipe out the pan. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry 4-6 fried eggs. Take them out and keep warm. Cut boiled eggs in half and arrange the shrimp cocktail on top. Toast toast bread.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Wipe out the pan. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry 4-6 fried eggs. Take them out and keep warm. Cut boiled eggs in half and arrange the shrimp cocktail on top. Toast toast bread. Cut out toast with large heart-shaped cutters. Cut out cheese with different sized heart-shapes. Cover toast with fried egg and cheese. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls, except for a little garnish. Arrange plate with scrambled eggs, bacon, boiled eggs with crab cocktail and fried egg on toast. Sprinkle boiled eggs with some cress. Sprinkle fried egg with chives and garnish

    Cut out toast with large heart-shaped cutters. Cut out cheese with different sized heart-shapes. Cover toast with fried egg and cheese. Sprinkle boiled eggs with some cress. Sprinkle fried egg with chives and garnish
