Dumpling bacon skewers on garden salad with mushrooms (four ingredients)

  • 1 pack of (400 g) Mini potato dumplings
  • 10 discs Bacon
  • 400 g Salad mix (bag)
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS + 1 tsp oil
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

    Put the dumplings in about 1 1/2 litres of boiling water and cook them at medium heat for about 7 minutes until they are bubbling. Halve the bacon slices. Drain dumplings and wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each dumpling.

    Put bacon dumplings on 8 skewers (2-3 pieces each). Sort the salad if necessary. Clean the mushrooms, clean them and cut or slice them thinly. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and a little sugar, fold in 4 tablespoons of oil.

    Heat 1 tsp. oil in a frying pan. Fry the dumpling skewers for about 5 minutes while turning. Mix salad, mushrooms and vinaigrette. Arrange skewers on the salad.
