  • 1 TABLESPOON Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON chopped parsley
  • 200 g Radish
  • 1/2 bunch Radishes
  • 25 g Radish sprouts
  • 1 washer (40 g) Wholemeal bread

Directions

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, oil and parsley. Cut radish into slices, quarter radishes. Mix both with sprouts and marinade. Eat bread with them
