Peel onions and cut them into fine strips. Clean, wash and chop the zucchini. Put the French fries on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 18-22 minutes.
Cut the sausage into slices. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the sausage slices in it while turning. Add onions and zucchini and fry. Dust with curry and flour. Deglaze with stock and bring to the boil.
Wash the tomato and rub it on a grater. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with chilli, salt and curry. Season french fries with salt and chili and serve with the curry sausage goulash.
