Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 25 g crunchy oats
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 250 g Soured milk
  • 36 g Fructose
  • 75 g Currant Jam

Directions

    Roast the oat flakes and let them cool down. Mix quark, soured milk, fructose and jam, up to 1 tablespoon

    Arrange dessert in 4 bowls. Place a blob of the remaining jam on each bowl and serve sprinkled with oat flakes

    Preparation time approx. 10 minutes (without waiting time)
