  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 75 g flaked almonds
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sugar crystals
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Strawberry Jam
  • baking paper

Directions

    For the dough, drain the quark. Mix with milk, oil and sugar. Mix flour and baking powder. Knead in little by little. Divide dough into 10 pieces.

    Roll out to circles (approx. 12 cm Ø). For the topping mix 4 tablespoons of milk, sugar and pudding powder. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil and remove from the heat. Add the pudding powder. Bring to the boil while stirring. Leave to cool slightly. Spoon by spoon onto the dough circles. Turn the circles on 3 sides to the middle and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Whisk the egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of water. Spread the dough particles with it and sprinkle with flaked almonds and decorating sugar.
