Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour
  • 100 g Pecan kernels
  • 100 g dried figs
  • 100 g dried
  • 7-10 Tbsp pitted dates
  • 350 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 P. Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    Grease baking tray (approx. 35 x 40 cm) and dust with flour. Coarsely chop the nuts. Finely dice figs and dates. Mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Melt butter at low heat, pour into the flour mixture and knead into crumbles with the dough hooks of the hand mixer.

    Knead nuts and fruits briefly under the crumbles.

    Sprinkle the crumble dough on the baking tray and press it down. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) on the middle shelf for approx. 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately cut into squares (approx. 4 x

    Leave to cool on the tray. Dust with icing sugar.
