Chop the chocolate and melt it in a hot water bath. Add cornflakes (keep about 10 g for sprinkling). Line a baking tray with baking paper. Form six round (approx. 8 cm Ø) bases from the cornflakes mixture. Allow to set at room temperature for about 2 hours. Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces.
Wash, halve and stone the plums. Cut plum halves into slices. Whip the cream until stiff, sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Spread the cream on the cakes. Cover with fruit. Sprinkle the rest of the cornflakes on top, dust with icing sugar
