Ingredients

  • 200 g Raisins
  • 180 g soft butter
  • 200 g demerara sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 160 g Flour
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking powder and baking soda
  • 200 g crunchy oats
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash the raisins and dab dry. Cream butter, sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda, stir in briefly. Stir in raisins and oat flakes.

    Using 1 tablespoon, place approx. 25 heaps with sufficient space between them on 3 baking trays lined with baking paper. Press flatter with your hands (approx. 6 cm Ø). Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175°C/circulating air: 150°C/gas: level 2) for approx. 10 minutes.

    Let it cool down on the baking paper, then remove carefully.
