Crispy minced steak on mushroom vegetables (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 125 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 TEASPOON Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 25 g peeled onion
  • 100 g cleaned mushrooms
  • 75 g cleaned tomato
  • some stem(s) Parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 50 g Baguette-Brot
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lettuce leaf

Directions

    Knead minced meat, curd, salt and pepper, form 1 minced steak. Heat the oil in a small pan. Fry the minced steak at medium heat, turning several times for about 10 minutes. In the meantime dice onion finely. Quarter the mushrooms.

    Cut tomatoes into quarters and remove seeds. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Chop parsley finely. Take the minced steak out and keep warm. Sauté onion in frying fat. Add mushrooms and fry all around for 2-3 minutes. Season. Stir in cream and parsley. Add tomatoes, heat up.
