Roughly chop the chocolate. Warm the cream, remove from the heat and melt the chocolate in it. Melt the butter. Mix milk, flour and butter to a smooth dough. Stir in egg. Let the dough swell for about 15 minutes.
Peel and chop the mango, kiwis and bananas. Sort the raspberries. Mix fruit, lemon juice and liquid sugar. Grease a coated pan (approx. 18 cm Ø) with oil. Put 1/4 of the dough into the pan and sprinkle with 1/4 of the flaked almonds.
After about 2 minutes, turn the crêpe and fry for another 2 minutes. Remove and bake 3 more crêpes in the same way. Fold the crêpes into triangles and fill with the fruit salad. Arrange crêpes, dust with icing sugar and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
