Cream of leek soup with Tatar mutton hams from Hanna 3 portions of 7PPs each

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 400 g Tatar, raw
  • 2 TEASPOONS Olive oil
  • 700 ml Bouillon/broth, prepared
  • 3 Rod(s) Leek/leek
  • 200 g processed cheese rind, 9 % fat absolute, creamy light, natural e.g. Milkana
  • 1 pinch(es) Salt
  • 1 pinch(es) Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Paprika powder

Directions

    Fry the tartar in oil until it is crumbly. Fry the leeks and then deglaze with broth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add processed cheese and stir. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

    Super super delicious and especially in the autumn weather something warm :D.
