Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 package Cream stabiliser
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 400 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 30 g Butter
  • 75 g Butter biscuits
  • 125 g Strawberries
  • 125 g Blackberries
  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 100 g Cherry Fruit Spread
  • 3 Stem(s) Lemon balm

Directions

  1. 1

Mix the vanilla sugar and cream setting agent. Whip the cream until stiff. Let the sugar mixture trickle in. Stir cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in cream and chill for about 1 hour. Melt butter.

  2. 2

Crumble the biscuits, mix with the butter.

  3. 3

Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Sort the berries. Stir the spread with 3 tablespoons of water until smooth. Carefully fold in the berries. Wash lemon balm, dab dry, remove leaves and cut into fine strips.

  4. 4

Cookie crumbs, except for something to decorate, spread in a circle on 4 plates. Use a large ice-cream scoop to cut off the cream and carefully place it on top. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Add some groats and sprinkle with lemon balm.

  5. 5

Add the rest of the groats.
